我的H-1B的approval letter和I-94卡上的名字被拼错了，更改的申请已经提交USCIS一
个多月了，还没有消息，H-1B 10月1号生效。想请教各位，我是否可以在名字还没被改
正的情况下提交485的申请呢？真不知道USCIS要搞到什么时候才把我名字改回来。

Yes, you can file I-485. You also need to submit I-20, old F-1 I-94 copy,..
because you did not leave US to get to H1 status. If F1 I-94 and I-20 name
is correct, that is fine.
