I saw many cased got RFE due to lack of TOTALITY (but fullfilled all 3
requirements)
TOTALITY? what is that and how to prove???
If I repeat the main points I have stated in all three catergories (
contribution, citation and review), and continue emphasize the phrase "very
small percentage", will that be sufficient for "totality"???
Any suggestions? Thanks.

应该就是证明small percent吧

恩，给出各种small percent的数据，包括发文，引用，审稿。
再加上推荐信里吹嘘的相关的话，例如top之类的句子
