Just checked the status of 765 and 131, it says "The USPS reported that the
card we mailed to you was flagged as undeliverable". Anyone know what it
means? We received the approval notice of 765 and 131 without any problems.
Does anyone has similar experience or know what mgiht be going on?

That's the problem: We didn't receive the cards, only approval notice.

是不是邮箱上没有你们名字，所以USPS不能投递重要信件

邮箱上有名字, also 765/131 approcal notices sent out 1 day earlier by them
reached out mailbox just fine.
