谢谢大家回帖. 因为律师速度很慢, 所以case估计年底才能递上去. 那时侯正是放假时
节,估计pp的话只是会叫补材料拖延时间的了,哎 ...

我觉得前面有个同学说的很好
光看这些基本的东西给出的结论是你写的PL和组织材料按照average 准备的
实际上很多case很强的准备材料弄得很差也经常被rfe
很多看似很弱的但是申请人自己确实上心抓到了点反而没有rfe
楼主的case 客观条件pp没问题啊
具体还要看楼主自己对自己的材料的把握程度

抱怨以及update一下我的情况。非常不爽。公司的白人律师对我的case很不上心。对我
们公司Eb2的case,他们没两个月就交上去了。我的case什么都是我自己准备的，他们只
需要组织下材料，结果给我拖了快一年了还没弄出去。每次给他们发信他们立刻就说他
们现在忙公司其他非常紧急的case,过几个礼拜再联系我。现在我发信他们几乎彻底不
理了。这太rediculous！我这已经快在愤怒中爆发了！无奈这是公司指定的律师，要是
我自己请的律师我早fire了。请问有谁知道他们为什么这么做吗？是不是因为Eb1他们
bill得少赚不到钱？还是因为他们白人律师对Eb1业务不算很懂？有办法向哪里能
complain或投诉他们吗？我都想自己try一下1a了。这样被他们拖不起啊。请问1a和1b
可以同时申请互不干扰吗？谢谢啦~
