我的EB-1B I-140 已于2013年1月4日批准，当天收到email批了，可是现在两周多过去
了，仍然未收到I-797 Approval Notice。我在系里、院长办公室和收发室已经都联系
了，但是没有人见过这样的信，我担心是否丢了。我该怎么办？
有没有人有过类似经历的？帮忙出个主意吧。

have you received the receipt notice?
If not, check the address in your I-140.
If yes, report the problem to the lawyer and your employer(Human resource,
not your department).

Normally, the notice will be sent to both your lawyer and employer.

Yes. I have the receipt notice forwarded from the Dean's Office.
I have checked with the NSC and got confirmed that the mail was sent on Jan.
4, 2013 and addressed to my employer.

It looks there are quite a few cases that were approved around New Years
but haven't recieved official approval notice.
Something wrong might have happened.

I took the premium processing service, so I checked with NSC-premium
processing program center via the email they sent to me. I did not talk with
the immigration customer service yet. I will do it if it is necessary.

If requesting a duplicate of the approval notice, the form I-824 must be
filed and costs $405 fee. Do you how long will the application take? Thanks.

真的寄丢了，后来学校出面联系uscis NSC要了Duplicate Approval notice,没花钱。
如果自己出面的话要花$405。
现绿卡已拿到手。
