恐袭: 还会有吧？穆斯林在欧洲的融入问题还存在吧？还是恐怖组织气数已尽？
BLM：其实黑人的枪击事件的凸显是科技进步所致。很多白人觉得是奥八马上台使得黑
人猖狂。其实多亏是奥八马在台上。。这要是川普在台上然后黑人屡被杀－－－这故事
才可怕。
至于中美，其实目前为止，两国合作的多好啊。。合作的证据？IPHONE啊！为了夹逢中
生存的自己娃，中美对抗上新闻上的越少越好！要不然娃在学校必定碰到政治观点不友
好的同学。尤其是初中高中大娃。

本人千老，在原来的学校h1b 2013年6月过期
在新的学校，h1b申请了3个月了还没消息，状态是 initial review
今天visa office的人说，要等我旧的h1b过期，新的才会issue，是这样吗？
跟我想象的不一样，一直以为换了学校，旧的h1b不能用了
有了解的高人请给以指点

主要是想知道，现在递交485是应该用旧的h1b(原来学校的）还是说h1b状态是 pending?
新的h1b已经收到了recepit

No, That's not true.
Right now you are working under 240 days portability act if you are in the
new place. If they could not approve your case within 240 days after you
started
your work in the new place. You has to stop and stay at home, waiting for
the approval notice.
BTW, my extention was just approved within about 7 weeks after they received
the application.

I guess you have to put all you I-94s and the current H1B receipt notice in
your package.
