嗯，原理上offer letter是足够了，但有例子说只用offer letter会导致RFE。所以如
果求保险，最好提供EVL。反正是1a，一年一签没问题的。

根据官方的485 instruction和别人的RFE信息来看，对于有工作的主申请人的485来说
，EVL是必须的，不能以offer letter代替。
另外，根据我自己的体验，找系里的人要EVL，没有想象中难。

this is the template I used. it worked well.

NOT needed in the EVL. just need to show that:1. you are currently employed,
working full-time, your title and salary. that is all.

我的ＥＶＬ就是系里ＨＲ的小主管签的名，没有问题的。
