Opt 9月11日开始，10月17收到email offer, 10月20正式接受offer.12月1日入职工作。
请问我现在的状态算是employment了吗？还是要等到入职的start date后才算呢？
入职前的这段时间如果算unemployment的话，岂不是即使拿到了offer,也要找地方挂靠。
这是当时接受offer后的回信，里面提到了他们已经把我当成一名员工，但是还有有疑
问不知道这样算不算employment???

或合并各种小额vgc挺好

自己file 485，关于priority date becomes current 之后什么时侯file485有个问题。
好像需要在每个月的cutoff之前交表。如果没有赶上这个deadline的话有什么问题么？
比如三月becomes current，四月或更晚才交表，visa number 还available么？

不是从9月11开始可以有三个月unemployment吗？ 12月1号还没过三个月不用挂靠吧
