加拿大版的，升级到4.1, restore后出现的图片:) 这台机器不知道是不是硬件问题，
就是激活不了。不知道能不能用别人的active ATT SIM card去ATT店里激活。不然就要

Question: I heard something about a ‘substitute sponsor’. What is this?
Answer: This is a certain other family member who basically now would submit
the affidavit of support in place of the deceased petitioner. Under the
Family Sponsor Immigration Act of 2002, certain relatives (spouse, parent,
mother-in-law, father-in-law, sibling, child (if at least 18 years of age),
son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, brother -in-law,
grandparent, grandchild, or legal guardian) may be substituted to meet the
affidavit of support requirements under INA §213A(f)(5), when the
petitioning relative has died.

具体情况是怎么样的？这个父亲是美国公民吗？还是永久居民？父亲自己是申请绿卡的
吗？这个母亲是什么身份？申请是到什么地步了？
