真的运气啊。我也是同一年批准的NIW,EB1A,然后递交485，还好没发生类似楼主的情况

My situation is similar to yours, and my 485 is still pending.
Have your AP or EAD been approved?
I was told that if your AP or EAD was approved, that means that your 485 is
based on EB1 140. Is that right?
Anyone has suggestions?

EAD and AP are approved very fast. But I think they were processed by
different IO. If you think your case has been pending too long, it is better
to seek help as soon as possible.

I terrible agree, EAD/AP and 485 were processed by different IO, my EAD/Ap
come after 3 weeks. But 485 is still pending, for four months.

although AP was approved fast.

Sure, I have faxed my new request to the senator's office. If I have any
update, I will report. Also calling USCIS customer service is useless,don't
waste your time on that. I called them last week and got a very rude
response. The second level officer complaint me that I called too often. 真
是气死我了，谁吃饱了撑的想call你啊。

我也是这种情况。今年NIW先批的，Eb-1B后批的。TSC RD 4月10号，现在什么动静都没
