看了半天，没太看懂。
不晓得如何连同LD(副申请人)递交申请
在I140表格中有相关内容吗？在PL中是否提及？还有什么地方涉及？需要LD的什么资
料？

yes
it's the same procedure as bluebird, just google it
basically you tell cashier how much you want to load (max $1,000), then
before you swipe each vgc (max 3) let the cashier know how much you have on
it

you have to apply 140 yourself first. After 140 approval, when you submit
your 485, you can submit your LD's 485 as well.

搭车请教老余，是不是在平时grocery shopping的超市买的green dot的卡也能在
walmart买MO啊？谢谢！

如果你140和485同时交，可以为你LD填一份485申请

谢谢老余，最后一个问题，就是首先需要搞个账户，弄一个卡，然后在walmart 叫小儿
load,或者自助load，并且没有手续费。然后这个green dot 卡还可以在walmart 买
money order,可以在邮局买吗，谢谢老余。

多谢！一般是不是先140，后485？会不会140批了，485却不批？
