本人国内博士，来美国两年多，不入流学校的博后。文章：32，全部为英文杂志，其中
一作16 (IF:1-6)。citation：200+；review：20 from 6 different journals.
现在正在办理Waiver，昨天刚刚收到中国大使馆的信，应该还要等几个月才能完成。老
板说可以同时申请绿卡，所以向两个律师发简历询问了情况。一个中国人律师，一个美
国人律师。
下面是他们的答复：
中国律师答复：I'm not sure about the EB1 for this candidate. They have
publications and journal review. But I'm not sure about the associations,
and there are no awards. Perhaps significant contributions will work, but
having only 3 categories, with not so strong 3, will probably not win the
EB1.
美国律师答复：Based on what you tell me, I think you have a reasonable
chance for EB-1a, although I think you must be aware that Eb-1a is a very
unpredictable category. Some officers treat it much more strictly than
others. Besides your papers, citations, and reviewing, we will also need to
get about 7-8 letters from experts in the field who know about your work.
