如果提供的中序和后序序列里有重复元素，那么是不是就没法构造树了？

我今天查了下我的I140的online update. 上面是这么写的，我不明白是怎么回事？

我的online tracking 也显示Alien Registration Number was changed。不明白是什
么意思？看了前后好多人的I-140的都没有这个通知。是我的140填错了吗？同问：对申
