I applied EAD while my I-485 was pending. Recently I received Green Card.
Today when I checked the EAD status: "we mailed you a denial decision notice
for this case I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. The notice
explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be
available to you. "
Is it normal? What should I do when I receive this mail (just ignore this
notice)?

Your GC had been approved when USCIS received your EAD petition. So EAD
would not be issued anymore. This is very common. You don't have to make
response to this notice.
