正在准备推荐信，突然发现自己的平均citation比老板的平均citation 要好一点。请
问这个怎么吹，谢谢。实在是没有别的闪光点。

个人认为这是一种“自杀”行为。想想看，你这个推荐信让谁签字？推荐人差不多都是
老板级的吧？！想想别的闪光点吧。

Thanks, 静心MM. Then how do you compare citation? 老板 means my PhD adviser
. I remember I saw a post people compare citation with other APs, but could
not find it. Thanks again.
