My lawyer said they need wait the signed letter from my company that needs
to be included with the filing (it is just a verification of employment that
confirms the offer in the I-140 is still valid).
And the HR said they also need prepare other BLC documents except for the
letter. Are the letter and those BLC documents are necessary? Thanks.
