已经过了OA。预约的今天早上的skype interview，11点。结果刚才hr突然发信，
I hope you are having a nice week!
I am reaching out regarding your scheduled Skype interview.
Unfortunately, we are unable to move forward with the interview process at
this time and will be canceling your interview.
With all the changes happening we are re-evaluating our current needs. We
will reach back out if we have any openings that are a fit.
这是搞得个什么鬼？ Zenefits内部有人清楚情况吗？

9月份夫妻140和485一起递交，pp
大概2周140 approved Priority Date: 09/16/13
然后打指纹，然后收到EAD/AP。
然后485一直在Initial Review状态。
现在老板差不多没钱了，到有个公司的offer，能去么？-_-
如果不行，啥时候行啊，有什么方法两边干？
还有5月计划回国几周，有没有风险啊。
心烦意乱语无伦次，请大家帮帮忙提下建议，多谢了！

即使没有，有AP也可以回去了
485 pending了半年就可以换工作，应该是这样。

面试很大程度就是看运气。啥dream company 的都是瞎扯淡。

zenefits内部的兄弟都在找工作，说这公司能否活下去还是个问题，
加上最近一波的裁员风，这情况很正常，
我个人上上个星期面了个非独角兽公司的leader职位，
个人感觉是100%过，对方也是很high，昨天居然悲剧了，
倒不是多想去，只是觉得奇怪，打了2个电话给HM要feedback，
最后HM回了电话，说要和我没啥关系，就是时间不对，有变化。
反正大家准备过冬吧，万一冬天没来，有准备也挺好的。

Stay away from startups. Established big companies, no matter how bad,
usually just lay off a small percentage of workforce, and usually the
engineer percentage is smaller.
So as long as your perf is not bad, it's no big deal. Actually it's also a
wakeup time for some people considering taking a package and moving on. They
've been too lazy. The bad situation and package finally make up their mind.
They usually appreciate what happened a few years later..
There are a few companies that have never or not in a long time done layoffs
. Most noticeably, AAF - Apple, the fucking hilarious name Alphabet, and
Facebook.. People there may see RSU income going down, but if they hold on
to the stocks, with the increased num of shares and a more buyer-friendly
housing market, they will come out stronger after a few years.
Big companies are not that bad.

以后银行是否需要自己的数据中心，真的不好讲，成本太高，很难上大数据分析
