Dear, after 1 year of filing Eb1a TSC, I did the premium conversion.
Before that, I submitted my REF response 8 months ago.
Can you guys tell me how long will it take to a decision?
I got from the USCIS website saying below but no specific deadlines.
" Initial Review
Your Request for Premium Processing Service for your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION
FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on February 18, 2014. We mailed you a receipt
with information about processing. We will mail you a decision as soon as
processing is complete."
Thanks so much.
