My eb1a application package was delivered on Monday.
If I mail pp request today, it should arrive on Thursday.
But my lawyer suggests I mail pp tomorrow, because "IO may not be able to
retrieve my package"
Is this the real case? Can I mail pp today?

do you have I-140 receipt number already?
if it were so urgent, you should have pp with your I-140 package, and pp
would start immediately after package received.
