NSC EB1B green card approved in 6 months from the 140 submission. 140 and
485 were submitted separately.
140:

背景 CHE/MSE 领域, Ph.D., R&D position in industry for 1 year and a half,
journal paper 12, patent pub 2 + 若干company unfilled patents + 1
transferred patent, paper review ~30, several trivial medium reports,
citation ~270。
因为觉得authorship不够强，尤其一作不够多，于是就在默等入职一年之后由公司帮忙
班1B。first 140 submission之前有大量的材料准备，加上工作性质的原因，project
和工作随时可能down掉~。不过公司外雇的美国律师可不管这一套，一个字，慢。。。
终于在今年公司layoff的第二天把485提交了，第二个字，提心吊胆。好在赶在下次变
动之前绿了，汗~。希望能开始新的工作与生活。
经验呢， 还是要早准备，条件ok的话尽量自己申，control what you can control;
另外take care你的律师，我的case是在提交140时候居然，没有提交employment
letter，招致了RFE。汗again~，EB1B哎
Anyway，it is lucky to get it approved in a relatively short time，
especially in NSC. It is also lucky to keep my current job. Hopefully it is
useful for you too.
每一个EB based绿卡都是一段奋斗的经历，希望同胞们早绿，因为一张小小的卡片卡住
了多少人。
另外我在湾区，希望认识更多朋友，工作也好，学习也好。谢谢~
