不知道该发到哪个版，想着本班牛牛比较多，发出来问问。
3月底老板没钱，不能继续支持，又没有找到新工作，所以就把身份转成了B2。到目前
为止，B2还是在pending中。上周收到一个Offer，开始办理H1B。想问一下，有没有人
经历过这种情况，下面该怎么办呢？我需要出境重新签么？还有什么值得注意的事情？
请有经验的人给说一下，如果发到这里不合适请斑竹给转到合适的地方，谢谢大家。

You can file B2-H1 COS (I-129) if COS is approved, you don't need to leave
US, otherwise, you will take the H1 approval I-797 (with COS denial) and go
back to China for H1 visa stamp and then reenter as H1. So PP is suggested
for this new petition so you don't wait too long in US if your H1 to B2 COS
turns up denied.
