You don't need to attach their CVs or resumes
I also heard that you don't want your referer to be "too successful" than
you because you're suppose to be in the category with the same caliber as an
EB1 applicant. But in my experience, the results vary -- I guess it all
depends on which IO reviews your file.
In my case, I only had 25 papers (9 first-author). In at least 3 of my RLs,
the referers stated that they've had over 400+ applications with over 1k
citations. I passed 1a just fine. So again, I think this is more subjective.
Use your best judgement.
