must submit a copy your marriage certificate which has been registered with
the proper civil authorities of the State in which you were married. The
document submitted does not indicate that is was registered with or issued
by the civil authorities."
我submit了我们在美国city hall结婚的marriage certificate, which is issued by
Deputy and Recorder of Deeds,不知道为什么这个不算issued by the civil
authorities?
有没有人知道怎么response 这个RFE?
