One question about "Class of Admission" for PERM# Immigration - 落地生根

Hi guys,
I'm in the process of applying PERM for my EB2 (PHD, working in a company).
My attorney sent me a link requesting info and there is one question about "
Class of Admission (Types of Visa)".
How should answer it?
I'm on H-1B visa right now. Do I just fill out H-1B? or there is a code for
H-1B that I'm supposed to find out and fill out? Or since the last time I en
tered US I was still on F-1 Visa, should I fill out "F-1"?
Please clarify.
