485 pending期间才可以，绿卡批了就不能file spouse 485了

对，只要spouse还有身份。
但是如果你的spouse的身份是依靠你的身份的（譬如，spouse是H4），那你一担拿到绿
卡，你spouse就没有身份，就不能file I-485了。还可以做你的副申请人申请绿卡，但
是只能在境外申请。
