意思不大，不是对所有H4，only certain!
Eligible individuals include "CERTAIN" H-4 dependent spouses of H-1B
nonimmigrants who:
1.Are the principal beneficiaries of an approved Form I-140, Immigrant
Petition for Alien Worker; or
2.Have been granted H-1B status under sections 106(a) and (b) of the
American Competitiveness in the Twenty-first Century Act of 2000 as amended
by the 21st Century Department of Justice Appropriations Authorization Act.
The Act permits H-1B nonimmigrants seeking lawful permanent residence to
work and remain in the United States beyond the six-year limit on their H-1B
status.

NIW也包括在I-140里面嘛? 如果NIW通过就算排期还没到是不是配偶也可以工作了?? 有
没有人可以
解答一下??

小弟没有办过绿卡，目前刚开始考虑这个问题
请问，如果我NIW的I-140批了，是不是我的H-4的spouse就可以拿EAD工作了呢？工作不
会受限制了对吧？

是的。
风险是你失业了，你老婆就同时失业了，风险乘以二。

老婆H4开个皮包公司，H1一旦失业，立马transfer到老婆公司，这样是不是成永动机了？

H1B 没那么好申请的。
再说，H1B失业，H4的身份就失去了，请问如何注册公司，用什么身份注册公司？

只要有批准的了140，H4EAD就有效吧？没读细则，否则也太扯淡了，俩口子一起失业？

H1B允许有gap吧，在transfer期间H4还有效吧

H1B 不允许有一天Gap

失业了肯定都失业啊。。。
J2/L2不都是
不过我觉得H1B带着EAD transfer应该也快了，那样换工作倒是不影响
