Because you cannot file I-485 without current PD, the I-130 will be approved

那我们应该怎么处理NVC的要求，它要求我们pay Affidavit of Support Fee, submit
visa application form，提供一些financial support document.
我太太需要按照NVC的要求,付费，交申请，准备文件吗？

If you are physically present in the United States and will apply for
adjustment of status with USCIS, then your case will not be processed by the
NVC. (You will not apply for an immigrant visa.) Do not pay any fees or
submit any forms to the NVC. Notify the NVC by email or mail as soon as you
decide to pursue adjustment of status.
