我LD 在转H4.
What should I answer the following questions? (Yes/No)
Part 4
3. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant
for an immigrant visa?
4. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person
included in this application?
5. Has a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust
Status, ever been filed by you or by any other person included in this
application?
我们的情况是：
我们在申请绿卡，LD is on my I140 as dependent.
最近我们都file了 485.
5是确定yes，但是3，4 不确定。
他自己没有file 过 I140， 但是在我的I140 上as dependent。
如何算？
