不可以。必须境外签证。而出入境记录显示你在美国。

你没有出美国国境，护照却在美国境外，这会导致很严重的问题

不出境怎么可能弄签证，不然为啥还有这么多人因为担心check而不回国
最差你去墨西哥签一下。。

你为什么要去签证？F1是跟着I20走的，只要I20不过期，你不离开美国，你就有在美合
法居留权。

The expiration date of your I-20 should be basd on your academic ending date
(i.e. your graduation date or the end of OPT period). Even if your F-1 visa
expired, so long as you have an updated I-20 form and you continue being a
full-time student in line with your I-20, do you need to get a new F-1 visa
if you do not travel to countries other than Mexico/Canada?
Since the implementation of electronic I-94, the exit/entry information
would be captured by the system. Mailing back passport while being
physically in the country might create unintended consequences. You may want
to contact the embassy directly with specific inquiry to avoid making
unnecessay mistakes. Contact with the immigration field office may help you
get an answer as well.

美国签证是给入境美国的。如果你不离开美国，就不用“入境”，那要签证干嘛？

谢谢大家的回复,因为我不想回国签证,想去欧洲旅行,又不想在玩的时候去签证,所以想
问问,我可以把护照邮寄回去,先签好了,等我去欧洲玩,就可以不花时间去签证了.哪位

如果你没换学校没换program的话，回国用中信递签也很快的，但是人得在国内啊
