做了两次InfoPass, 8月19号一次，9月21号一次。9月21号的infopass说还在working
on my security check,我的case最后一次被touch是在8月26号。律师9月16号递了
service request，9月29号收到service request的回复（from XM0247），说
background check还没有结束。最要命的是这句话：
If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 6
months of this letter, please contact us by calling our customer service
number provided below.
难道我还要等6个月吗？
10月7号时问了律师，她说第二次service request要在六个月之后才能提交，那不是要
等到16年的3月29号,才能交第二次的service request吗？天哪。。。
10月21号做第三次infopass，白人大叔很模糊的说still pending，我问是不是还在
background check，他说电脑上没这显示，说我的case transferred to a new
location，我问何时最后touch过我的case,他很模糊的说了一句，几周前。。。

最近发现15年11月，12月交的都光速绿了，也有一些14年11月，12月的case也绿了，可
是我连一个RFE都没有收到，我是主申请人，已经等了15.5个月了，副申请人也等了13.
5个月了。目前夫妻异地，娃儿在中国，一家三口分居三处。我是学校的老博士后了，
位置不稳定，一天拿不到绿卡，一天就担惊受怕哪天老板没有funding了，又要四处找
新实验室。。。
真的希望能快点绿啊。

今天惊讶的发现自己的老帖子被顶起来了。目前的status是：4月4号在苦等了16个月之
后，收到RFE，关于党员问题和体检过期。按照自己的实际情况写了一份详细的党员声
明，重新做了体检，6月7号把RFE寄到了TSC，已经等了2周了。真心的盼望自己能够早
绿啊。

最近发现15年11月，12月交的都光速绿了，也有一些14年11月，12月的case也绿了，可
是我连一个RFE都没有收到，我是主申请人，已经等了15.5个月了，副申请人也等了13.
5个月了。目前夫妻异地，娃儿在中国，一家三口分居三处。我是学校的老博士后了，
位置不稳定，一天拿不到绿卡，一天就担惊受怕哪天老板没有funding了，又要四处找
新实验室。。。
真的希望能快点绿啊。

今天惊讶的发现自己的老帖子被顶起来了。目前的status是：4月4号在苦等了16个月之
后，收到RFE，关于党员问题和体检过期。按照自己的实际情况写了一份详细的党员声
明，重新做了体检，6月7号把RFE寄到了TSC，已经等了2周了。真心的盼望自己能够早
绿啊。
