大哥大姐：
小弟EB1a 485 四月初交上去了，TSC的。十月初就六个月了，小弟想用工卡转行，
但不知道转行后，会不会有RFE来？转行的工作离现在工作性质有点不一样？
大家觉得这样做危险不？

律师给我的说法如下，仅供你参考哈
You are supposed to "plan to work in your field of expertise in the future".
So as long as your job is somehow related to your background and you
continue to have new citations to your papers etc. you should be fine

No. you cant do it unfortunately.
If your wife/husband also has 485 based on your i140, however, you can use
their EAD to start a company and work under her/his name, as a short-term
solution.
