各位大哥大姐：
小弟一个月前请议员帮我查TSC Eb1a 485审理的状态，现在接到回复如下：
His case along with his derivative's have been ordered and will be assigned
to an adjudicating officer for adjudication. We are unable to determine at
this time when the review process for this applications will be completed.
However, if the constituent does not receive an update after 45 days, please
contact us again.
小弟有两个问题：
1. Adjudication 是否意味着绿卡申请的最后一步了， 45天之内就会有结果？ 无论是
批准，被拒还是RFE.
2.论坛上有人说， 如果要议员查询，USCIS会故意拖慢，有这样的是吗？
