根据别人的议员回复 reload了应该就是被送去FBI做background check 然后clear了再
分给IO吧

我想起来我的好像也是10月份reload了，infopass时说的，开始说我10月份才打的指纹！
然后说是6月份就打了。但是现在在officer那里。谁知道哪句是真的！

not only tsc. nsc the same.
two possible reasons:
1. they do put us in piles. we take turns to be checked. they do not accept
our finger print according to our scheduled finger print. instead, they use
their secret schedule to request finger prints from the local office.
2. someone mentioned days ago that tsc had some errors and led to a backlog
in processing the 485 application. probably all uscis service centers, not
only tsc. then they have to ask for the finger prints again.
yet according to my caseworker's explanation, she seems to see this
situation very often. then the 1st one is more likely
