如果140和485同时file并pending超过180天，那么换雇主的风险有多大？自己在网上研
究了下，好像USCIS会review，然后approve或RFE，如果RFE的话把RFE发给原雇主，这
样基本就挂了。不知道有没有前辈或者周围人有没有这样操作过的？RFE的可能性多大
？还有就是能不能让新雇主的律师在离职之前给USCIS发离职通知，然后USCIS就会立即
review了吧？不知道这样是否legal。。
485的receipt notice上倒是写着 pending 180天可以换雇主，if 140 is approved or
is pending。
