看了看置顶的485 google spreadsheet，发现从2015年11月到现在就基本上没有绿的
，这是咋回事呢。
我有个朋友2014年485提交一个月就收到绿卡了，移民局之后把他的ead, ap 都拒了

因为那是2014年。那些年，140也没现在这么多幺蛾子，485也光速

为什么现在变了这么多呢？非法移民？

貌似TSC把业务转给NSC之后就出现这种缓慢问题了

2014年开始USCIS就还是间歇性的故障了，我当时就深受其害。2014年7月到9月之间移
民局的系统down了好长一段时间积压了很多的case。我7月底交的到2015年2月份才有回
音还是RFE

the quota for this month might be gone. another post mentioned that they
only approve 10% of the total annual visa quota for each category each month
.
that explains why a greater number of cases are approved at the beginning of
each month. Then it slows down or even stops.
if it is the case, we should see more cases 'greened' at the end of this
fiscal year, that is, august or September.
