means possible to send the cord. Overnight it for petes sake. All this was
done without verifying the address it was sent to. I moved in the 2 weeks
that it took to get to this point, which delayed me getting to use my new
computer yeat another day as I tracked the power cord down at my old address.
And to add insult to injury you think that all this can be retracted for $25
...thats insulting. I dont want your money. I purchased a product from you,
had a minor issue, you handled it badly, I rated the transaction.
You never get a second chance to make a first impression. And my first
impression of xxx is that you are selling computers from your basement.

出生证明封面+4页公证，所以是5页。听说封面没有翻译可能会被RFE。有谁遇到过吗？

的确看到版上有几个例子是这样的情况，被RFE了。
有先例，但是不代表你的case也会被RFE，现在着急也没有多大用。退一步讲，就算被
RFE，按照要求尽量把材料补齐交上去就好了，看到的那几个把RFE材料交齐后，也都一
样也过了。
总之，不要太担心了，放宽心吧。

我同事交了封面，过了！本来想撤掉封面的，结果还是听了同事的交了封面，应该没事
的！

我就是最后关头看到版上有case因为这个被rfe把封面撤了，只交的四页内容....应该
不是啥关键问题，放宽心

看运气吧。
我们主副申请人做的出生公证除了名字之外其他一模一样，副的按照主的模版做的，都
是5页。case还是同一个IO申的，结果我的就是RFE出生公证加EVL，副的就RFE别的，没
RFE出生公证。

这个好像是楼主比较倒霉。
我猜是这么回事：病人向楼主买了条Cord,因为急着用电脑，用了overnight(估计搂住
charge了他不少钱）。结果病人自己把地址弄错了，寄到了自己的旧地址。过了两天才发现，跑到旧地址拿回了货，耽误了两天没机器用，一肚子火发在楼主身上。留了个负评。楼主offer $25去掉负评，病人不要这个钱，把楼主臭骂一通。

楼上的几位推理能力不太行呀。

从这句话就看出来了，you handled it badly指的就是用usps寄cord,那说明urchased
a product from you，had a minor issue是寄cord之前发生的事。我觉得是病人之前
从楼主那里买了东西，这条新的cord是replacement.那病人最开始买的只可能是两种东
西，1，电脑，2，cord.如果是病人一开始买的就是cord的话，买到就是坏的而需要
replacement，我觉得不能算是minor issue.最可能的就是病人从楼主买了一台新电脑
，但是不巧cord坏了或是missing，楼主就说没问题，你等等我给你寄条新的。于是楼
主搞了条新的cord,又用USPS寄，结果前前后后花了近两个星期时间（我怀疑更有可能
楼主就是在amazon/ebay买了一条dropship),在这两个星期之间病人搬家了，结果两个
星期都用不了电脑，于是大怒。
大家拍吧。
