2015/07，趁大水按照EB2的排期交了485，
2016/04，EB1的140批了开始relink，
2016/04，律师写电子邮件和平信寄relink申请（带签名），然后没几天突然485从TSC
转到NSC。
2016/05，月初没忍住，自己做了个online SR，十几天后得一模板回复
“U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicate your
application is currently pending and has been pre-adjudicated. Final review
by an officer is dependent upon approval of the Form I-140 as well as visa
availability based on your category and priority date. Please keep your
mailing address current to avoid missing any correspondence or notices.”
看样子似乎是没relink上。或者干脆就是没什么意义的模板回复。本来以为暂时消停了
，结果今天突然发现早就批了的EB2 140在五月online SR有答复后几天又被approve了
一遍。这个approve还有个SR的序列号，
“On May 21, 2016, your request to correct an error on your document or
notice, referral number SRxxxxxxxxxxx, was completed.”
可这个EB2 140的SR不是我也不是律师做的。
版上EB2->EB1 relink过的同学遇到过这种情况吗？
