目前正在准备递交485的材料，有点问题不确定该怎么处理，希望有清楚的牛人帮忙解
答一下：
1. 我主申，eb1a，我老婆485的时候打算作为derivative一起申请。但是我老婆之前申
请eb2 140批了，现在递交485的时候，需要把她之前的140 approval notice交上么？
2. w2和tax return，打算提供过去3年w2，但是tax return是必须的么？一年的tax
return材料有差不多80页。。。

tax return个人理解是你提交的form 1040或变种，最长的也就两页。

I do not have experiences in 485. so just personal suggestion according to
what I learned here. Sorry I cannot type Chinese now.
1. your wife's 140 is not necessary since you are the principle in this 485
case... Just show the strong evidence as a family member.
2 federal tax return form is short. if you can have last 3-5 years joint tax
return which has both your wife's name and your name, that will be great!
Again this is a strong evidence showing you and your wife has a real
marriage:) not a fake marriage... Other documents such as kid's birth
certificate, joint bank account with both names on, lease document with both
names are also helpful to show your real marriage.
