据我所知，140交了之后，AP 没批就离境的话，485 直接据，除非你现在身份是：
a. An H-1 temporary worker, or H-4 spouse or child of an H-1;
b. An L-1 intracompany transferee, or L-2 spouse or child of an L-1;
c. A K-3 spouse, or K-4 child of a U.S. citizen; or
d. A V-1 spouse, or V-2/V-3 child of a lawful permanent resident.
如果你是 H-1 的话，可以在国内申请 H-1 的签证回美国。

我本人L1A正在延期，可以离开美国一天到边境墨西哥签证L1A再立即回到美国后，再回
中国，这算我一直有L1的身份吧？这样不影响我的485排队审批吧？谢谢大家

有L1A的话，不要用AP，尽量用L1A出入境

不影响。
L1A visa 本身当然有拒签的风险，不过可以忽略不计。
