7月中交的NIW,自己DIY的。都没到under review的状态就直接被RFE了， submit
evidence to 1) establish that the beneficiary's activities are of
substantial intrinsic meric; 2) establish that the beneficiary's
contributions will impart national-level benefits; 3) establish that the
beneficiary's past record justifies projectsion of future benefit to the
nation.
背景：5篇journal (4篇一作），引用40+，审稿10+
我之前的材料已经写的很清楚不明白为什么会被RFE.
顺便在问一下，这种情况下需要找律师么？

既然DIY不过，建议你还是找专业律师吧。
niw是需要认真论证的。

你这niw批复的速度太惊人了。。。。。我等了半年多了，毛都没有。
niw和EB1不一样，不需要meet 3 out of 8 criteria，只要论述对national 有帮助。
评判标准是Three-Prong Test (NYSDOT)，如下：
1. The waiver applicant must seek employment in an area that has substantial
intrinsic merit.
2. The waiver applicant must demonstrate that the proposed benefit to be
provided will be national in scope.
3. The waiver applicant must demonstrate that it would be contrary to the
national interest to potentially deprive the prospective employer of the
services of the waiver applicant by making available to U.S. workers the
position sought by the waiver applicant.
