有关File 485 waiver-free 的证据：
基本情况：I-140，EB1A申请已通过，准备waiver J1. 准备Waiver拿到之后File 485.
我的情况特殊在我是持新加坡护照。我的DS2109最初的一份在section 9显示不需要
Waiver,但是之后两份ds2019（一份Amending,一份extending)在那一栏均没有任何信息
。所以不确定要不要waiver。新加坡大使馆回信说我不需要waiver,所以他们不会出具
No Objection Letter。
我想知道，这个回信能作为485不需waiver的证据么？移民局会接受么？
我已经送了all ds2019去Advisory Opinions. 我有必要等待美国政府的正式答复再
File 485么？
期待专家建议！

这个不可以作为waiver-free.
Advisory Opinions应该是可以作为证据的。
