律师刚刚提交了PERM申请 但是在section I item 26 填了yes
Has the employer had a layo in the area of intended employment in the
occupation involved in this application or in a related occupation within

months immediately preced ing the is application?
请问这种情况下我是不是肯定会被audit
如果我直接离开公司 到另一个公司重新申请会有任何危害吗??
