想问一下下面这种情况的140NSC直接PP的十五天倒计时是从02/06开始还是从02/08开始？
02/06 USPS received.
02/07 following email:

that had been filed under the Premium Processing Service.

Date Received: 02/06/2017
Petitioner: XXX
Priority Date: To Be Determined
Beneficiary: XXX
The Form I-797 Receipt Notice will follow in the mail.
