下周三之前律师file O-1，但是现在房子还没搞定因为不知道具体日期。随意问问大家
都用了多久拿到O-1结果。因为PP所以理论上最多15个工作日，但是我同学非常快，周
日收到的申请，周一就批了

对了，O-1批了多久可以上班？是不是公司要拿到mail的copy才能正式上班？

应该需要三四天，收到797的收据。

什么时候生效取决于律师填表的时候写的start date是啥时候。

但是没有797的收据，HR也没法把你的新信息更新到系统里呀。

我可能没有表达清楚。
我的意思是：如果律师填表是2017年12月开始，那么即使拿到797也不能开始上班，要
等。
当然了，如果律师填的很近的日期，拿到797的时候已经生效了，那就拿到可以立马上
班。
