我主要不太明白第二段那个所谓不能够adjust of status那部分，是不是因为必须要在
今年6月1号以前提交PP才可以AOS? 之前的邮件中他提及过要是pp的话就争取六月之前
提交。
Thank you for your email. In regards to premium processing, we had initially
sent you an email on May 11, 2017 to confirm whether you would like to
proceed with premium processing at that time due to the June 2017 visa
bulletin's retrogression of the EB-1 China category.
Please note, if we file a premium processing upgrade service at this time,
and the I-140 EB-1 petition is adjudicated favorably, you will not be
eligible to file the AOS application. As mentioned, the EB-1 China category
has retrogressed, and is likely not going to become current again until the
next fiscal year (October 2017).
我几年4月提交了申请，然后五月问我是否pp，我当时从律师处了解到得是pp并没有什
么太大的帮助，所以没有说要上pp。但是最近觉得有必要pp，要不然等太久了。结果他
的这段话又让我有点不太知道真是的风险到底如何。提前谢谢大家。
