大家一个参考，其二也是看看有没有遗漏的，可以即使添加，确保10月递交不会出问题

I. I-485 form and supporting documents
1. I-485 form, for applicant PrimaryApplicant with two passport type photos (
name, date of birth and A# on the back);
2. Check of $1,225.00 payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security
3. Copy of PrimaryApplicant’s I-140 Approval Notice;
4. Copy of PrimaryApplicant’s former and current Passports and Visa;
5. Copy of PrimaryApplicant’s I-94;
6. Copy of PrimaryApplicant’s I-20 forms;
7. Form I-693, Medical Examination, for PrimaryApplicant;
8. Copy of PrimaryApplicant’s Birth Certificate;
9. Employment letter for PrimaryApplicant;
10. I-485 Supplement J, Confirmation of Bona Fide Job Offer, for
PrimaryApplicant
11. Tax return forms and W-2 forms for the past 3 years for PrimaryApplicant
12. Copy of marriage certificate for PrimaryApplicant and Derivative
13. Copy of SSN card of PrimaryApplicant
14. Recent three months paystub of PrimaryApplicant.
For Derivative’s Adjustment of Status Application

4. Marriage certificate for Primary and Derivative;
5. Copy of Derivative's former and current Passports and Visa;
