现在具体情况不清楚啊，是10/1以后递交的case才算，还是所有在10/1还在pending的
case也算？还有USCIS说"phase in"，那么哪些人最先被phase in，也不知道，其实不
是怕面试，就是烦面试这事又要把拿到绿卡的时间推迟几个月。

唉，希望老人老办法，新人新办法吧。不过我猜，大概率移民局自己也没搞明白怎么弄
呢。。。。。没准最后就是抽签，跟audit一个概率。

应该也适用于pending的eb 485 但字面上说是phase in 希望不是人人都要面试. 面试
本身还在其次 主要是怕要等更久

EB就是employment based的缩写啊，不管eb几都是eb。

这么说不包括持H1签证在申请绿卡的人， 而只是持B类签证的人了？

应该不是不包括，我的理解说是上面列的两类肯定要面试，其余的eb慢慢增加，不排除
被抽查到

看了楼上某几位的观点，老人希望倒霉的是新人，eb1希望倒霉的是eb23，真是典型的
“事不关己高高挂起”心态。

没有投票权，那还能怎样？当初也不支持trump。
这事不是我们造成的，我们也阻止不了，只能希望不要发生到自己头上。别人倒霉了，
我倒是也很想帮忙但也无能为力啊。只能记住今天，等入了籍，好知道怎么投票。

B visa和难民和政庇想把家人办来的，
这对大多数这里的人没影响吧？ 而且从某种程度上来说是利好啊。

个人观点是，以后肯定eb类别是required, 只不过现在挑了两个risk最大的子类别
phase in...我也就是看到新闻，给大家搬运下。。。具体怎么实行，我也是在猜

那个啥。。。要看移民局官网原文，不要看fake news啊。。。。。
“Effective Oct. 1, USCIS will begin to phase-in interviews for the
following:
• Adjustment of status applications based on employment (Form I-485,
Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status).
• Refugee/asylee relative petitions (Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee
Relative Petition) for beneficiaries who are in the United States and are
petitioning to join a principal asylee/refugee applicant.”
我怀疑记者可能不太理解啥叫EB，全都按照business visa来理解了。

Phase in 我觉得开始不回大规模面试，会逐步开展吧。

这不是瞎折腾吗？本应多花精力打击非法移民，但因为非法移民不好管理，所以就加强
对合法移民的“管理”

长期来说也不能说不对，拿卡前咱们也不能算移民，只能是倾向移民，他怎么查也没法
。这么搞至少可以把一些乱七八糟七姑八姨的政治庇护亲属之类的屏蔽掉一些。anyway
，对于等卡的，只能希望phase in的慢点。根据USCIS的一贯速度，全面铺开估计早着
呢，这件事估计就是几个领导一拍脑袋想邀点战功博川总一笑，底下IO增加工作量又不
能发奖金，没人愿意干的
