简单说一下我的情况。OPT申请EB1a，485pending一年半多，用了485EAD卡。EAD卡过期
前，提交了renewEAD。renew EAD卡一直pending，直到前两天，网上状态变成“ we
ordered your new card for Receipt Number xxx”，与485的REF相隔一天。
RFE其中有一项是：
Please submit proof of your continuous employment authorization in the U.S.
from the date （485 EAD卡上的expire date）to the present. Such evidence may
include copies of:
Employment Authorization Documents(EAD's Forms I-688 or I-766) granted to
you by USCIS
Form I-797 approval notices , showing you were granted status in an
employment-authorized nonimmigrant status, or
Copies of form I-94 Arrival/Departure Records showing you were admitted to
the US in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant status.
请问这项我该怎么回复？
目前我能想到的：485的receipt，EAD卡renew的receipt的，过几天可能会收到的新的
EAD卡。
我交140和485前，持F1 OPT入境。这种情况，需要交I-94吗？

很多时候也很好奇各位opt就能办1a的大神们，怎么连最基本的英文都看不懂
“continuous employment authorization in the U.S. from the date （485 EAD卡
上的expire date）to the present.”
人家把答案都告诉了：
Employment Authorization Documents(EAD's Forms I-688 or I-766) granted to
you by USCIS
你有连续不断的EAD么？
请不要让我再继续解释了

谢谢你回复我的帖子。
我的EAD卡没有连续。所以才发帖子问。我的485pending一年多，原来的ead卡过期前提
交了renew。但renew ead pending了五六个月。旧的ead卡过期两个多月后才收到新的
EAD卡。根据现在的政策，提交renew后，旧的EAD卡自动延期180天。这段时间我的状态
一直是AOS身份，我准备的回复方式是：旧的485EAD卡+ EAD renew receipt+新EAD卡。
我还是有点担心缺材料，所以发帖请教一下。我需要提过I94吗？我上次入境是2016
年初F1/OPT入境的。
