case pending 快10个月,这边的议员动作比较慢,我找了多找了个议员,两个议员前
后隔了1个多星期,问到了同样的结果,在第二个议员回复中,有这样一句 “Please
inform your constituent that sending multiple inquiries through multiple
congressional offices will not ensure a more expedient or favorable result
and could possibly result in slowing the process of the case.
”, 这是威胁让不要再找他们问了吗?有人遇到这样的问题没?先谢谢了
USCIS records indicate that Mr. A’s and Ms. B’s Form I-485 cases are
pending assignment to an officer at the NSC. Employment Based (EB) Form I-
485 cases are worked first in, first out basis, therefore, your constituents
’ cases are being processed in the order they were received. If your
constituents do not receive a decision or other notice of action within 60
days, you may contact us for an update. Please note that derivative family
cases are generally adjudicated at the same time as the primary case.
Please be advised that your constituents contacted Congresswoman C’s office
regarding this same inquiry. Please inform your constituent that sending
multiple inquiries through multiple congressional offices will not ensure a
more expedient or favorable result and could possibly result in slowing the
process of the case.
As you can see, according to the USCIS Time Table for the Nebraska Service
Center (NSC), your case is not yet current as the NSC is processing I-485
petitions submitted on or before January 2, 2017. Thus, please contact our
office after 60 days as directed by USCIS if you have not heard back from
neither our office nor USCIS by then.
