各位大佬：
小弟，H1B，回国探亲。2018年8月31刚好第一个H1B结束。第二个H1B 开始。刚拿完新
的I797 去签证。刚查了下。美国大使馆说，只能在新的I797生效的前十天才能进入美
国？走之前没仔细看，请各位大佬点评一下。可不可以拿着老的I797+新的I797+签证，
提前更多时间进入美国（比如提前一个月）？
网上写的规定是这样的： You can enter US only 10 days before the start date
on your I-797 petition. i.e., say if your start date is October 1st, you can
only enter US on or after September 20th on H1B visa. You may not enter the
United States more than 10 days prior to the petition validity date.
